The Landmark
Leathwood was engaged to reconstruct the road and public domain pathway along the Pacific Highway, alongside creating a new public open space. The project featured custom curved sandstone cladding, street furniture, a bespoke playground, wet-pour rubber surfacing, synthetic grass, and tiered sandstone logs to accommodate significant level changes.
Additionally, Leathwood delivered soft landscaping works across multiple levels of two residential towers, incorporating wrap-around planters that visually and functionally linked the towers. The project was recognised with an award from the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA), celebrating its innovative design and exceptional execution.
