Leathwood was engaged to deliver the new Rosebery Engine Yards, transforming the space into a high-quality public realm through detailed landscape and civil works. Our scope included paving, civil works, and the installation of Corten steel edging to form custom planter boxes, all delivered to a high standard in line with the project’s architectural vision.

We also completed soft landscaping with turf and native plantings, supported by a fully integrated irrigation system to ensure long-term plant health. These elements came together to create a vibrant, functional, and durable outdoor space that enhances the overall amenity of the Engine Yards development.
