Leathwood was engaged by Mirvac to transform the iconic former Channel 9 studios site into luxury high-density apartments. The 3-hectare development serves both residents and the broader Willoughby community with parks, playgrounds, gardens, cafes, and sheltered barbecue areas.

The comprehensive project included residential landscaping, excavation, hydraulics, and construction of surrounding roads, roundabouts, and pedestrian islands. A key feature is Brian Henderson Park, built as a tribute to the late newsreader. The development also includes low-rise tower rooftop gardens with sustainable green roofs.

The playground uniquely incorporates elements from the original radio transmission tower, connecting the site's broadcasting heritage with modern recreation facilities.
