Edmondson Park is a major mixed-use development in Sydney’s West, featuring a vibrant Town Centre with shopping, dining, entertainment, and essential services. The development includes an Eat Street, a fresh food market, Event Cinema, and healthcare facilities. Leathwood delivered a full turnkey package, including both civil and landscaping works.

Our work involved constructing multiple roads and infrastructure, including the main road to the town centre and a temporary access road for initial residents. Landscaping features included bespoke furniture installation, garden beds, tree planting, and precast concrete structures, creating an inviting and functional public space.
