Delivered as part of the Destination Gold Coast development, Tower 2 landscape works spanned podium levels, a Level 6 recreational deck, and upper residential terraces. The project was defined by extensive in-situ concrete with high-quality off-form finishes across walls, seating, and bespoke elements, requiring precise execution and strong quality control within a constrained construction environment.

The works also included over-structure planting with engineered planter systems, synthetic turf to the pool deck, and features such as GRC planters, timber decking, and a Greenwall. Coordinated logistics and a Design & Construct irrigation system supported efficient delivery and long-term performance across this complex, multi-level project.
