The 205 North Quay development is a large-scale mixed-use project in Brisbane, delivering complex multi-level landscaping across ground, podium and high-rise terrace environments.

Completed in 2025, the project required a highly coordinated approach to deliver consistent, high-quality landscape outcomes across a vertical structure. Works included extensive horizontal and vertical drainage systems, layered growing mediums, and the installation of over 420m³ of topsoil and 400m² of mulch to support more than 1,900 plants across all levels.

A key challenge was the installation of advanced trees and palms within constrained, elevated spaces, requiring crane lifts and specialised anchoring systems. The project also incorporated streetscape elements, integrated irrigation, and a 12-month maintenance period - resulting in a cohesive, high-performing landscape within a dense commercial environment.
