Leathwood is proud to announce the award of the public domain civil works package for 55 Pitt Street, delivered in partnership with Mirvac.

Located within one of Sydney CBD’s most prominent commercial precincts, the scope includes demolition, blinding slabs, paving, and stone kerb installations. These works will play a key role in delivering a high-quality streetscape aligned with the tower’s premium architectural vision.
