Leathwood was contracted to deliver public domain upgrades, beginning with demolition and subgrade reinstatement. Key works included City of Sydney Trachyte kerbs, granite paving, precast seating and custom cast-in-place concrete walls. On five upper levels, 1,000m² of hardwood decking was installed on steel framing, with drainage maintained using adjustable pedestals and integrated symphonic systems.
The precinct featured a large podium with block walls, Bondek slabs, Class One precast seating and powder‑coated steel planter boxes. Works also included relocating traffic lights and installing a smart pole at Bridge Road intersection. This required detailed investigation and redesign due to existing services, with full traffic control and stakeholder coordination delivered as part of our scope.
