Leathwood was engaged to deliver civil and soft landscape works for the prestigious Langston development, consisting of three residential towers. The project also included the enhancement of public domain areas and accessible spaces along Epping Road. Works featured oversized custom-made GRC planters, high-end street furniture, and mature street trees.

Our scope also included the construction of concrete pathways, installation of kerbs, gutters, and asphalt along Chambers Court, seamlessly integrating the development into the surrounding urban environment. This award‑winning project, recognised by the NSW Landscape Association, demonstrates Leathwood's expertise in delivering complex, high-quality landscape solutions that enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of urban spaces.
