Leathwood was engaged by Richard Crookes Construction to deliver the landscaping scope for the new Hello Fresh warehouse within the Lighthorse Interchange industrial estate at Eastern Creek, NSW. The works were designed to soften the industrial setting and enhance functionality, combining hard and soft landscaping across the site.

Key elements included two fully irrigated green walls, GRC furniture, 2,500m² of gardens, 500m² of turf, 575 linear metres of concrete edging, 160 linear metres of galvanised steel edging, 420m² of railway ballast, and sandstone log seating. All landscaped areas were supported by a smart, back-to-base irrigation system, ensuring long-term health and sustainability.
