Goodman HQ
The Hayesbery project involved transforming a former millinery and dye works factory into Goodman’s Sydney headquarters. The adaptive reuse aimed to blend the site’s industrial heritage with modern, flexible workspaces. Key features included the installation of granite pavements, comprehensive asbestos removal, and the development of a tailored irrigation system to support extensive landscaping. The project successfully achieved sustainability targets, including a 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built rating.
Our scope included demolition of existing hardstands, detailed excavation, and installation of concrete works, paving, and custom Corten steel features. Soft landscaping included the installation of trees, plants, garden beds, and an efficient irrigation system, contributing to the site’s sustainable and aesthetic appeal.
